Our Returns Policy for Speedy Publishing Orders.

Speedy Publishing Books purchased at retail rate may be returned, with no questions asked, for up to thirty (30) days from the date you purchased them for a FULL REFUND less shipping and handling charges. This will be subject to our guidelines stated below. Follow our Returns Shipping Label and Packing instructions to ensure that your Returns are processed quickly.

Exchanging your order is simple and easy. If your order is sent with an incorrect book or your book is damaged or defective during shipping, please return it to us during the thirty (30) day window and we will replace your order at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE BOOKS:

If your book is damaged during shipping, please note the following:

1.) Returns and exchanges are processed withing seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days excluding federal holidays.

2.) For refunds we can ONLY refund the payment method used during purchase.

3.) Exchanges that cannot be processed due to stocking issues, a FULL REFUND will be given.

4.) We ONLY refund shipping and packing costs on defective items..

NOTE: Speedy Publishing LLC will ONLY exchange your order for the exact book you ordered; unfortunately, we cannot exchange one book for another book, unless it is based on format. Example: We can exchange a hardcover for a paperback version.

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS: Unfortunately, Speedy Publishing LLC can only refund and/or exchange purchases made on our website, we cannot handle returns for purchases made through our approved retailers and distributors. We ask that contact the retailer directly for returning the book you purchased.
