Membership Registration Policy
To ensure that we protect all our members, customers and users we strongly suggest that you read the membership policy and print and keep a copy for your records.
Each membership level provides access to video training, templates, partner discounts, unlimited access to software, access to future video training, discounts on products and services all provided by password protected access to this content hosted on the internet. Access is restricted to paying members and you can review different membership levels and what they entail and include here.
Speedy Publishing Membership Levels.
We make every attempt to provide access to services and products based on membership levels, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime of our website. Where disruption is caused due to system failures from a third party Speedy Publishing will not accept any liability due to the inability to access services and products
We guarantee that no member, regardless of the level of membership will be denied access to services and products longer than twenty four hours (24). All members will be notified of any changes or outages as soon as possible. If your membership is cancelled you may request a refund. No fees will be assessed on refunds for product or services cancelled by us.
Promotional Cut-off Dates
Promotional cut-off dates for each product and service will remained as indicated in promotional media. Unless otherwise stated, the cut-off date will be strictly kept.
Any member that DOES NOT login or access the products and services as provided by that specific membership level is still responsible for assessed monthly or yearly fees. It is the member’s responsibility to access the member’s area to use all products and services provided. Failure to use services provided to members does not constitute a cancellation of membership and will not result in a refund of administrative and delivery fees.
For immediate access membership fees are payable in full with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. The transaction will executed using a secure Internet connection and processed by Third Party Merchant Services provided by PayPal Inc. Your personal information and credit card number will be encrypted so it cannot be read by anyone. You may also register by phone by calling our customer service number at 888-248-4521.
Cancellations & Refunds
Speedy Publishing LLC has provided tested and proven strategies in easy to understand video training that we are confident that your membership will provide you with enough products and services to execute the training we have provided. Your membership fees guarantee your access. Because all our training is unique, our templates and software proprietary we know that our membership provides value. However if circumstances do force you to request a refund, the following refund policies apply:
If you cancel before downloading any templates, reports and or software in the membership timeframe you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds will be given based on the following membership levels:
Test Drive: No Refunds for 7 Day Access to Membership Area
Monthly Membership: No refunds after 7 Days Access.
Yearly Membership: Full Refund within first 30 Days. 50% Refund if any Software is downloaded.
Lifetime Membership: Full Refund within first 30 Days. 50% Refund if any Software is downloaded.
In order to cancel your membership, you must notify us by email at email@example.com. Refund calculations will be assessed on the exact time and date when your request email is received in our inbox.

Your email message, registered mail must include: your full name, your membership username, the registered email address on file, the date you signed up and the membership level.
Not Accessing Members Area
Failure to login to the member’s area despite having access DOES NOT constitute a cancellation of your membership. If you are set up for recurring billing then you will be assessed for fees on each payment date. If you have any problems accessing the member’s area you must advise our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds take 7-14 business days to process (excluding US federal holidays) and will only be made using the same medium or payment method you used when signing up.
Software Requirements for Membership Programs
Speedy Publishing was designed to allow members to navigate our website seamlessly to access the products, services and benefits we provide. In order to access our user interface you will need the following:
An Internet browser: This can be Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple’s Safari
Internet Access: This should be provided by any reliable Internet Service Provider as training is provided through videos at DSL access is recommended.We recommend using the most current browser version available for your system.
Membership Access Information
Once your payment has been successfully processed you will receive an email notification of acceptance prompting you to go a register using your own username and password. This will ensure that you will be able to access the member’s area using an easily recognizable username.
